This base comes complete with a chrome gas cylinder and black seat plate, offering 3" of smooth height adjustment (other heights optional) between 12" to 15" in height from floor. The 360° swivel provides easy, maintenance-free rotation.

Simply insert without tools the gas cylinder into the center hole of the 4 leg chair base. Just sitting in the chair several times will make extremely tight and require tools to remove.
Polishing Aluminum:
To clean, polish and remove oxidation from indoor aluminum furniture, apply a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water or Dawn dish soap and warm water with a sponge, NOT the GREEN ABRASIVE (any) AND YELLOW SPONGE. Dry off to eliminate water spotting.
